OUR ACTIVITIES

We deliver a range of projects for our local community members, particularly our senior citizens to enable them to remain in their homes for as long as possible. Our organisation relies on the  commitment of our volunteers and we continue to be hugely grateful for all their support and their most valuable commodity - their time.

Our Meals at Home service delivers locally-made nutritious meals up to 3 times a week. The befriending service, in partnership with Highland Hospice, helps to tackle loneliness and offer social support by matching those in need with trained volunteer befrienders.
Intergenerational activities include our games afternoon held on a Thursday afternoon in Fortrose Library. We work closely in partnership with Fortrose Academy, to provide activities and events  to promote social interaction. Our gardening project has been very successful to date and we are continuing to plan for further expansion.

We recognise there are a wide variety of needs across our local community and we are working to identify these and look at ways to address them. This may be through us creating new projects or identifying partners for delivery. Either way, we are focused on improving services for our community.
